All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL with complimentary worldwide shipping.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days for in-stock items. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified via email within 24–48 hours.
ARETODIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by courier or postal service issues.

Custom & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
ARETODIA cannot accept returns or provide refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees. Parcels returned to us because of unpaid customs charges will not be eligible for a refund.

Order, Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure a smooth delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Damage Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We will assess the issue and arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible

Return & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• A $25 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds
• Returns & exchanges are at the customer’s own cost and risk
EXCEPTIONS:
• Pierced earrings and body jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Sale items, discontinued pieces, charity items, and custom-made creations are final sale and non-refundable

How to return your order

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our website.
We will respond within 48 hours with detailed instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for incorrect or defective items will include standard return shipping costs. Any additional shipping fees paid by ARETODIA for non-defective returns may be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost parcels & Delivery Issues

ARETODIA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping details
If a parcel is lost, we will assist in contacting the courier and filing a claim where possible. Any additional costs related to the claim process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

We’re here to help and always encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
Filing a chargeback or dispute before reaching out may result in a longer resolution process
Any fees or penalties incurred from chargebacks will be the customer’s responsibility.
